It’s all a blur after the merchant emptied the burlap sack of very old Indian pendants at my feet… I just grabbed the ones that made me happiest. If anyone can tell me the significance of the symbol – I’d love to hear it. It’s just one of my all time favorite ooak pieces! The other best part of being in Jaipur was getting to have dinner at the home of the royal Sankotra family. They were so very kind and their home was one big safari… lions, tigers, and bears…oh my!
